STARFACE 8 and our new app for Windows

We are celebrating a double release day at STARFACE. At the same time as our new release STARFACE 8 we also launch our brand new STARFACE App for Windows with a new user interface and improved usability.

The new STARFACE App for Windows

The development of the new app is based on a comprehensive persona analysis and a large number of user tests. To put it simply, personas are fictitious characters that are based on real usage data and user characteristics. These were always in focus during the development of the new STARFACE app for Windows, in order to develop as “close” as possible to the actual users.

Thanks to the numerous feedbacks from the user tests, we were able to constantly optimize and further develop the app. The end result is a newly designed app that offers the usual UCC features despite the added flexibility and customizability and creates new added value based on them.

One of the biggest innovations is the new workspace concept within the STARFACE App for Windows. Users can create individual workspaces in which they can flexibly combine the communication channels, applications and functionalities that are relevant to them. The new app is therefore your ideal companion in daily business communication.
